MPH Building Systems have recently completed another bespoke education building.

The bespoke design included exterior cedar cladding and an insulated thermal cladding system to give the building a more traditional appearance. Architects are increasingly specifying timber as a preferred cladding system due to its durability and sustainability as a building product.

The internal layout included a library, ICT Suite, staff room, out of school club, office space, toilet provision,  covered play area at ground floor and a first floor open decked balcony overlooking the sports field and views beyond.

Other design features included acoustic ceiling rafts and wall murals in the stairwells to characterise the schools rural area.

The project was delivered mid October 2016 and completed for hand over to the school before the Christmas Period

“Our school found MPH, throughout the entire process, to be professional, understanding to our needs and responsive. They obviously deal with large institutions and schools and therefore had the foresight to put things into place before any issues arose. Their entire team were polite and friendly. They worked with us to ensure the project was delivered on time but with very little hindrance to the children or day to day working of the school”
