MPH Building Systems are a well-established modular building contractor based in the North of England. Since 1972, we’ve gone from strength to strength as our family-run business has grown. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, as well as the relationships we create with our clients.
Over 50 Years’ Industry Experience
Founded in 1972, our company development has mirrored the evolving technologies of modular construction and advancements in build quality and techniques throughout this time. As the archetypal prefabs of yesteryear have been replaced by the contemporary, architecturally inspiring designs of the present day, modular technology has moved apace to introduce high performance building materials and durable modern methods of construction. Once labelled as inefficient and unappealing, the temporary buildings of the past have been overtaken by a new generation of modular buildings, providing adaptable user friendly spaces, energy efficient heating and lighting systems and impressive eco-friendly credentials.
Our varied client base includes education, healthcare and private-sector companies. We have carried out a wide range of projects; from improving local sports facilities to installing a fully equipped hospital ward.

All of our team undergo extensive safety training and follow strict quality guidelines across every project. We’re members of the Modular and Portable Building Association (MPBA) and CHAS accredited.
