A Winning Solution
New buildings are constructed in a controlled factory environment to an agreed specification prior to delivery and assembly on site. Utilising off-site construction techniques has many benefits; with an efficient fast-track build programme adverse weather delays are avoided as the construction process continues in the factory; delays and additional costs associated with building material deliveries are eliminated whilst the possibility of building material theft from site is also removed. These two benefits alone can have a dramatic effect on any building project budget.
